The coital alignment technique (CAT) is a penetrative sex position designed to maximise clitoral stimulation. The CAT is a variant of the missionary sex position. This position is called the Viennese oyster by Alex Comfort and Susan Quilliam in their book,  The Joy of Sex , but it’s more commonly called grinding the corn. Less than 15 per cent of women can achieve orgasm during sexual intercourse.
